What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
Hello, good morning.
We have been experiencing some difficulties with detection and identification, as the platform is taking longer than expected to process. Despite working with a high-speed internet connection, the issue persists.
Additionally, during the comparison process —which is also taking quite some time— we have encountered errors such as “error initiating IA job”.

We appreciate your support in helping us resolve this situation.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Flukebook’s queue is working through a few thousand jobs, which will impact wait times.

If there are specific imports or encounters you feel should have completed identification by now, it would help if you could post the links to those so we can take a look and see if something else may be contributing to the missing match results.

Thanks for the links! It looks like the issue is that these got stuck in detection. Identification can’t begin until detection has completed. I’m going to force these through detection and see if that helps get things moving.
