What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Currently, I have two issues which I need help.

How to get the Bulk importer logs. @ACWadmin1 in this post told me that I can access them via Administer tab, but when I clicked the tab the option is not there see the screenshot below.

How to set IA on in the bulk imports? I uploaded phots via bulk import but the IA is no for more than 24 hours now as seen in this link. @ACWadmin1 mentioned in this post that I need admin level of access to turn it on and it was reported in this post but no any feedback until now. I have other photos to upload but I hesitate to upload them. Can someone help me with this?
