What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

Currently, I have two issues which I need help.

  1. How to get the Bulk importer logs. @ACWadmin1 in this post told me that I can access them via Administer tab, but when I clicked the tab the option is not there see the screenshot below.

  2. How to set IA on in the bulk imports? I uploaded phots via bulk import but the IA is no for more than 24 hours now as seen in this link. @ACWadmin1 mentioned in this post that I need admin level of access to turn it on and it was reported in this post but no any feedback until now. I have other photos to upload but I hesitate to upload them. Can someone help me with this?

Hey there,
You did not have the orgAdmin permission, which is the minimum needed to access that functionality. You have it now, so you should be able to see that.
