Issues with matching in zebra codex

What Wildbook are you working in?
Zebra Codex

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
First issue: https://zebra.wildme.org/match-results/0ffde4f4-400d-4bb8-8cf0-95e5ed231c38
Second issue: https://zebra.wildme.org/sightings/d420ac52-3720-4a69-bcf2-cfc965e4654c

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
Zebra codex did not find any matches for any zebras in two sightings and the remainder of the sightings that I uploaded have been at 0% identification for the past 1-2 days. I was wondering if this was normal?

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
Bulk imported the photos and matched annotations to animals before submitting to identification.

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

Hi @ahsi

“There are no match candidates for this annotation.” is a normal result to see when Codex has determined that there aren’t any potential matches for an animal based on the species and location selected.

There’s been a lot of activity in the Zebra queue lately. It’s currently trying to process 920 jobs. This could take longer than usual to see matches as a result.

Thanks for sending your spreadsheets, by the way! I’ve gotten confirmation that the Zebra queue is running more slowly than expected. I’m not sure when your matches will be ready, but I’ll post here when I have an update on the progress.

Thanks for letting me know–in the meantime would I be able to continue doing bulk uploads or will this further slow down the queue?

The queue is only down to 860 jobs right now, so it will add to the wait. It’s up to you whether to continue uploading now or wait. We’re still working on our side to get those jobs processed faster.
