What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
The fourth from last encounter in this bulk import appears to be stuck in “queuing” since yesterday.
The user has uploaded this bulk import a couple of times (to make data formatting changes), and both times, this one encounter/image gets stuck at this stage in the queue. I’m guessing there’s a problem with the image but it’s a .jpg as far as I can tell and the species labelling is correct, so I don’t know what other aspect of this is causing the problem.

It looks like the user deleted their import. I made a test encounter with the image and it came up with match results normally: Whiskerbook

I can’t speculate as to the cause of the issue as I wasn’t able to recreate it. Remind your users to not delete their data before we’ve had a chance to finish troubleshooting.
