Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
All ID jobs are going to “slow queue” even when sent to MiewID matching - I thought MiewID was 'fast lane". I may be misunderstanding, just wanted to clarify after our updates

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report
I’ll double-check with the team as they come online, but my understanding is that all bulk import jobs are in the slow lane and any individual uploads are in the fast lane, regardless of the algorithm used. MiewID in general processes faster than HotSpotter regardless of which lane it’s in.

Sorry for the late reply! I confirmed that bulk import jobs go to the slow lane by default. In general, you’ll see MiewID results load before the HotSpotter ones finish if both algorithms are running for the ID job no matter if it’s been bulk imported (slow lane) or submitted individually via the Report an Encounter page/ manually restarted via the encounter page (fast lane).
