Question re: login security: One of our users couldn’t login today. When he entered his user name & password, the screen just refreshed but did not log him into the system. We’ve just got text msgs from him explaining this but I was able to reproduce the problem. I’ve reset his password now and he’s now able to log in.
What could cause this? It wasn’t caps lock (checked that) but could it have been that he maxed out in the # of attempts to login? Does Wildbook have that kind of setting? If so, what is the lockout timeframe?
