What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

  • I did a bulk import of 30 pictures, sent every one of them to identification. It’s been more than 24 hours, but all of them are still in the state of “Unknown time remaining. Queued behind 0 jobs.” showing above as one example.

The queue is at 111 jobs to be done, and it is working through them, but each job is taking over 1 hour. It looks like someone pushed a lot of data through the system, and I am trying to under stand where the slow down on each job is coming from.

I am investigating.
