In which Wildbook did the issue occur? GiraffeSpotter

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) microsoft edge

What happened?

It seems that if I match a giraffe, seen in Luambe NP, it only matches with Luambe NP giraffes. When I match a giraffe seen in South Luangwa NP, it only matches with giraffe in South Luangwa NP. This should be matched to the whole Luangwa ecosystem.

What did you expect to happen?

it should match against the whole Luangwa automatically:

Can you send me a link to this particular import so I can take a look at its matching behavior?

Per our emails, I verified that the matches are correctly showing candidates from all the selected locations. The primary issue was that you expected to see your match settings saved on the bulk import task, which we do have planned for a future Wildbook update here: Allow users to set custom match filters · Issue #1463 · WildMeOrg/Wildbook · GitHub
