What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

The program does not recognize two categories in the table: Encounter.genus and Occurrence.comments.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

I used the Minimum import bulk Import Excel spreadsheet template and added Occurrence.comments. An error occurred after i uplouded a spreadsheet.

Hi @Stjepan

This has been resolved. A server restart refreshed our connection to the library that loads and reads Excel files. I am now able to see those columns, and you should be able to repeat your import successfully. Please let me know.
