What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
“Please select a Country/Location ID?” should be required for someone to enter when submitting an encounter.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

It looks like location info is already required, but Grouper Spotter is only requiring something in the Site Name/Description/REEF Zone Code field, instead:
