Managing users not available

I wanted to add users to my newly created seal codex account, but when I follow the instructions, there is no option to manage users under the control panel. Can someone let me know how I can do it, or get my account upgraded to be able to have multiple users? Thanks! Cindy

Hi @CindyE

The Manage Users option only appears in your Control Panel if you have an admin or system manager account. Let me see what I can find out about updating your permissions.

Thanks for your patience, @CindyE! You should now have admin permissions on your account and see the Manage Users option in your Control Panel.
