Manta Matcher – Cannot Preview Matches

I’m submitting this on behalf of Debbie Arriaga (she’s submitted a request to join the forum).

In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3)

MacOS 14.5

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79)

Firefox

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)

Researcher.

What happened?

The matches come up for this encounter:

… but when I scroll over the photo, it doesn’t change, so I have no way to match the individual.

Hi @simonjpierce

The begavior recently changed to a click behavior because the rollovers were causing the results to switch around if we twitched the mouse. Now that result:

Can be reviewed by clicking each potential match to review it. I can click each result above and see the potential match updated in both Firefox and Chrome.

Please let me know if you have any issues with the click behavior.
