Manta Matcher - not able to edit even signed in propertly

I am trying to identify the mantas from the public submissions but some of them cannot be edited even I am logged in. It does not happen to all of them, only these six: MantaMatcher

I suspect this is the same situation we encountered on IOT. The user that submitted these encounters set a location description but not a location ID. If you have permissions to edit public submissions on a certain locality, but the location ID isn’t set the system doesn’t know where the encounter is from and won’t let you edit. I’ve set the location ID’s on these six encounters for now.

Let me know if this works for you. Also, I’m not sure what your username is in Mantamatcher but if you send it to me I can verify permissions for your account.
