Hi @0702233452

Can you double-check you link for me? You posted a link to a bulk import instead of the match page or encounter from your screenshot.

Hi @Anastasia

Most encounters in bulk import I shared has the same issues as the screenshot. Thanks

Thanks for clarifying! It looks like these encounters were imported without the Encounter.submitterID field filled in.

Unlike Codex, Wildbook doesn’t assume that the uploader of a bulk import is the assigned user on the encounters. Unless you include the username in that field of the spreadsheet, the encounter is unassigned and can only be edited by an admin.

You’ll want to update your spreadsheet, delete this import, and re-upload the corrected spreadsheet.

Hi,
I uploaded several spreadsheets of Karisia (wsf.karisia2.2024), I’m having problem deleting. Kindly delete these imports for me. Thanks

There are 5 imports with this file name. Which dates do you want to delete?

Delete all these so that I re-upload the correct spreadsheet. Thank you

We’re having trouble deleting bulk imports in Zebra Wildbook right no. This is a bug that we’ve written a ticket for. I’ll follow up again as soon as it’s fixed.

Noted. Thanks

These imports have been deleted. Thanks for your patience!
