Can you double-check you link for me? You posted a link to a bulk import instead of the match page or encounter from your screenshot.

Most encounters in bulk import I shared has the same issues as the screenshot. Thanks
Thanks for clarifying! It looks like these encounters were imported without the Encounter.submitterID
field filled in.
Unlike Codex, Wildbook doesn’t assume that the uploader of a bulk import is the assigned user on the encounters. Unless you include the username in that field of the spreadsheet, the encounter is unassigned and can only be edited by an admin.
You’ll want to update your spreadsheet, delete this import, and re-upload the corrected spreadsheet.
