I also have another request. Can you help gather the total number of Encounters, Individuals and images from my bulk import under only my user, from the files from 2012-2021. Thank you!
It looks like the original match was run in 2023, so results won’t be available unless you restart a match. I just re-ran the match and got results right away: Wildbook for Giraffe
Match results are just a snapshot of potential candidates. Since there have been thousands of new encounters in GiraffeSpotter in the last few years, you’ll want to start a new match to see the most accurate results based on current data.
If you’re looking at other encounters from the same bulk import, you’ll either want to re-run ID from the bulk import itself or if you’re just spot-checking a few encounters, manually start a new match from the image menu of the encounter.
You should be able to export this data using our search features.
Go to Search > Encounter Search then in the Observation Attribute section, you can enter your bulk import file names in the Bulk Import File Names field and then click the Apply button on the left navigation. On the search results page, click on the Export tab and then select the format you want for your exported data.
