Match results not loading on a bulk import

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
We sent photos in from a bulk upload for matching which had completed a few weeks ago. Now, when we try to inspect matching results, the message ‘waiting for results’ stays for a very long time. This is an issue only in some of our bulk imports, not all.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
My data - bulk imports - select metadata2023FlukeBulk2 - select any ‘match results by class’ showing ‘completed’ message.

I can see match results for the encounters in this import. It does look like ID was re-run today, so that likely resolved whatever was preventing the results from displaying the first time around.
