What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I’m trying to pre-run some matches in advance of a demo @ 1030am today and I’m getting no results, just the “attempting to fetch results” message. If I refresh the browser page, it sometimes gives the same message but after several minutes, I’m not getting match results displaying but not for all matches run.

Not sure what caused this for you. We checked logs and everything on our end shows that job run-times have improved since we migrated you to the higher tier.
I checked them all now and it seems like this self-resolved. Sorry we didn’t see it sooner. Will keep an eye out.
