Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
Previously, when the ID algorithm doesn’t find any matches, the match results page would display the target encounter’s annotation in its usual spot on the page. In the examples above, it no longer does that.

Is this now expected based on a change of some kind? Also, can we assume that this isn’t an indication of a problem in the matching process, and that it’s simply a change in the display of the page?

The concern of the user is that maybe matching didn’t run properly on these encounters.

Thanks!
Maureen

Hi @ACWadmin1

I can confirm that all the matches were considered. The result is correct in terms of nothing being found. This page was recently optimized for lower bandwidth connections by reducing the number of HTTP calls it made to Wildbook to gather the results for page display. It looks like the HotSpotter case of no matches was affected by removing the unmatched annotation display. We’ll take a look at restoring that, but the match results themselves are correct.

Thanks,
Jason

Thanks @jason. That makes complete sense.

Hi @ACWadmin1

This should now display as you expected. Can you please confirm?

Thanks,
Jason

Yup, it’s displaying as expected. Thanks @jason
