Uploaded two encounters and both of them are not successful in fetching match results - “there was an error parsing results for task 094bdf98-9aed-4222-8c73-b6e9f9120fed”

Thanks for letting us know. We’re investigating an issue with the image analysis pipeline in multiple WIldbooks. I’ll share an update as soon as I have news.

I re-ran the match and got this result: Flukebook

For any encounters that had match result errors during the outage, you’ll just need to send them back to ID to see your matches.
