What happened? All matching jobs are sending error in return, even when resent individually. Old and new encounters alike. E.g.,

Also, a recent bulk import is sitting “waiting to queue” matching with no progress, but I can see the queue is 0.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

I re-ran ID on this annotation and see match results now: Wildbook for Giraffe

I re-sent this to ID and it looks to be progressing normally now.
