What happened?
When I opened the page for visual confirmation of matches, no images are visible. Instead, I received the error message ‘attempting to fetch results’. This eventually times out with no images fetched.

What did you expect to happen?
I expected to see the images of potential matches displayed

According to our Matching FAQ, this typically means that matching is still in progress.

When I looked up the task ID, it took me this this encounter, where both annotations appear to have match results completed now: Wildbook for Giraffe
