What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I have create the user Eva Rousselle and gave her the rights “orgAdmin” and “researcher”. I’ve added her to the projects that we want to work on together and she has the same affiliation as I do. Howeber, she cannot match individuals (see screenshot). Can you please help?

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Hi @LauraSchulte

Do you have a Collaboration with edit permissions with Eva? It looks like the match screen you posted belongs to one of your encounters. If she does’t have an edit Collaboration with you, she won’t be able to confirm matches on your encounters.
