What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
No check box option in the second match which I believe is a match.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Given the age of the match (3/13), that is likely an annotation that has since been deleted. If I re-run the match, it no longer appears:
