This is likely because underscores (_) and hyphens (-) are considered special characters according to our bulk import docs and we’ve always recommended that users not include these characters in their bulk imports because they’re unsupported.

From our Bulk Import Cheat Sheet:

@Anastasia

No special characters in your image file names or spreadsheet name. If it’s not a letter of the English alphabet, 0-9, space, or period, it’s a special character and may not play nice when uploaded.
