What happened?
There are multiple bulk import match results displaying “exception”:
- Wildbook for Carnivores | Login (3rd match result from the top)
- Wildbook for Carnivores | Login (all match results)
- Wildbook for Carnivores | Login (all match results)
What did you expect to happen? match results to complete & display
These jobs have been resent to ID. Let me know see any more exceptions when they complete.
These are all now showing as “queuing” since yesterday, including the first link above where previously only 1 encounter had an exception but now all are stuck in “queuing” (I assume that’s because you re-sent the whole bulk import to ID).
There are also now 10 newly added bulk imports since yesterday that are also showing as “queuing”.
None have completed so I’m assuming there’s a server issue.

Disk space was cleaned up this morning and restarted. Previous jobs with errors are picking up and beginning to complete.

Update: there is still no progress beyond “queuing” on all of the above referenced bulk imports as well as those submitted subsequently by multiple users.

WBIA was down and has been restarted.
All imports have now completed. There were a few still stuck in “waiting to queue” from yesterday but they completed after I re-sent them to identification.

We’ve added additional monitoring on that WBIA instance and added a container restart so that it should start to automatically restart itself when things get weird. Thanks for letting us know!
