What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred? Not an error, I have a question on how to manage an ‘encounter’ that has multiple good ID shots in it: Internet of Turtles
Should I duplicate the encounter and treat them separately?

Good question! No need to manually create new encounters for each turtle. As you manually annotate the 2nd and 3rd turtles, IoT will automatically clone the encounter for you. For example, if you add a second head or a second body annotation, Wildbook knows a single animal has one body and one head and that a second (or more) set of this annotation class should be placed on its own encounter. You’ll be able to see a link to the new encounters it clones.
