What Wildbook are you working in? Sharkbook -Sevengill ID Project

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

Apparently no one in our group has Admin access, when it rolled over to Sharkbook, we lost it. We need it for Michael Bear [csdirector@oceansanctuaries.org] and Barbara Lloyd [founder@oceansanctuaries.org]

We’re trying to add a researcher and are unable to do so.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Hi @scubapro25

Since Sharkbook is now multi-species (versus sevengill.oceansanctuaries.org), we generally don’t give out admin rights to individuals who are not in a support role.

Point new users to the account request form on the Wild Me site and we can work on getting them an account.
