Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
For some reason, SB no longer recognizes my user name or my PW. I think the simplest solution is simply to request a new Admin credential–in fact, it says that on the Help page. We’ve been using Wildbook/Sharkbook for over a decade now. The last time I tried to log in we before Wildme took over the Admin functions–not sure if it has to do with that or not. Thanks.
