Need permission when assign annotations to a collaborator's sighting

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
When an annotation from my sightings matches an annotation from my collaborator, I wanted to confirm the match and assign the annotation.

However, I got an error - “Something went wrong with your request. You do not have permission to edit Individual fd2d417e-003f-42a5-a5ed-11ebc65d6187. To do this, you need an edit collaboration with any of [‘Stine Kjaer’, ‘Stine Kjaer’]”.

Stine is now my view collaborator in the system. How can I change it to the edit collaborator?

Hi @xie.bing!

You can go to your profile page in Codex and click on the edit button (pencil icon) next to your collaboration. Next, you’ll see a window that will ask if you want to revoke View access or request Edit access.

Click on the button for request Edit access and your collaborator will see the notification and be able to confirm or deny the request.
