New entries not getting annotations

my new entries are not getting annotations

I see annotations on all of those links except for this one, which is still in progress.

It looks like it just needs some time to finish processing.

Can you link to specific Encounters from that sighting that you need help with? I spot-checked a few and they had annotations on them.

Sorry; I thought I had replied to this one the other day! I was waiting for the WBIA issue to get fixed on your issue with matching and then revisiting this topic, in case the two were related. I’ll continue researching this and follow up when I have some answers.

We’re re-running these detections and it looks like one of the images is getting rejected and preventing the rest of the images from getting annotated. I should have more details soon.

Hi @Anastasia, it seems it is happening again. All new entries from yesterday (08-2) and today (9-2) are not getting annotations.

We restarted WBIA today and it’s picking up on the jobs now. I checked a number of your uploads from the 8th and the 9th and I see annotations on all of them so far. Let me know if you still have any issues with detections not finishing.
