the potential new user Ciara Sebelon has requested an account for the WildMe-Forum through the website to post some questions regarding the integration of new species into the ARW. She has not yet received a response. Could you please create an account for her? If you need further information such as her email-adress, please let me know.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

Sorry I saw her request before I saw your post and rejected it because she’s not a current or pending ARW user. I get a notification when new user requests are pending and review them as I receive them. She didn’t get a response sooner because the request was sent outside of our working hours.

Since she’s not an ARW account holder, she can email us her questions at services@wildme.org

thanks for the info! I rather meant whether she could also get an account for the WildMe-forum? That’s what we were trying to set-up for her.

If she’s not a Wildbook user, then she can’t sign up for a Community account. The forum is for troubleshooting issues with Wildbooks. If she’s interested in getting a new species added to ARW or has questions for us about that, email is the better medium for her to reach out.
