No annotations on encounters

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? No bounding boxes/annotations. Error is the following: there was an error parsing results for task 88081ecb-10b0-4b92-80bd-80d593f0db55

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Hi Jillian,

I’m currently investigating this. We can indeed verify an error on the detection process.
The solution will likely be submitting these encounters again to be reprocessed, but please
leave them for now so I can locate the source of the error first.

I am tracking the issue with ticket number WB-1100 and will keep you updated.

I had another one today where annotations only showed up on 1 out of 3 photos and the matching process did not work (timed out)

Sorry for the delay on responding to your follow up. I’ve processed the images on this encounter again and retrieved annotations for the missed ones.

For the original 3 encounters you posted, 2 seem to contain corrupt images:

The white stripe sections at the bottom of the image are clues, and I can see them throw errors when we attempt to run detection.

The third seems to just be a difficult case:

I was able to detect the animal with reprocessing, but not isolate it’s head. Fortunately you can now manually add annotations- from the small menu on each image where you normally visit matching results there is now an ‘add annotation’ option where you can select a label, viewpoint and draw your own box to make this image included in identification.
