"No Data to Match Against" Issue in Whiskerbook

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? Whiskerbook

What operating system were you using? Mac OS 11.5.2

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Safari

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) researcher

What happened? When starting a match, if I select the location ID relevant for my data (India-Jhalana Forest Reserve) I get an error saying there is “No data to match against”. If I remove this filter and just use the filter for only matching to my own data set, the matching doesn’t give this error.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? Example of issue is at the link below:

@cotron.1 The Encounter was imported with the location ID set to “Jhalana Reserve Forest” but Whiskerbook is looking for “Jhalana Forest Reserve”. Thus there is nothing to match against in “Jhalana Forest Reserve”, and the error is correctly noting this.

Do you want me to quickly bulk change the location ID to the configured value of “Jhalana Forest Reserve”?

Or should it properly be the “Jhalana Reserve Forest”, which might be an easier change for us?

It should be Jhalana Reserve Forest

The location ID has been changed to “Jhalana Reserve Forest”, and I am now seeing populated match results.
