No email received to reset password

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I am not receiving an email to reset my password. I cannot remember what it is.

We need GCF to setup some DNS configurations for before the emails can be issued. This has been an issue since March, and we’re blocked until they make the changes. Until then, I have reset your password and will send a private email.
