What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

I have 3000 encounters that are not showing up anymore

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

I logged in, clicked “My encounters” and nothing showed up

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

Thanks for letting us know. While we look into this, you can use the classic enounter search in the meantime to view your assigned encounters here.

This should be resolved now. Can you try looking up your encounters again?
