What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
Cannot access Match results for a bulk import - detection completed as expected

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
GO to bulk import and try to access match results
If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report
Not an issue with bulk import - file not sent.

We’re investigating. The ID jobs are in the queue. Just looking at why they stopped moving through it. Will repsond here soon.

I just reviewed the queue, and the jobs are actually moving through it.

There are 750 ID jobs active. With each running under 2 minutes, it is expected to take 25 more hours to complete.

Hi @PaulK

I am continuing to monitor this. The queue is continuing to make progress, but more jobs have also been added. Currently there are about 600 jobs waiting for execution. Because of the way that HotSpotter builds and rebuilds its cache, HotSpotter jobs have to be run in serial. However, this long HotSpotter queue should not be blocking detection or PIE jobs.
