Not seeing automatic annotations in Flukebook

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? Flukebook

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) MscOS Ventura 13.0

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Safari

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) Researcher

What happened? I’m attempting to upload and annotate humpback whale flukes for matching purposes, but the flukes aren’t being automatically annotated even after waiting for several days.

What did you expect to happen? The flukes get automatically annotated after some time.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? Submit test photo.

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

I’ll need more info from you before I can look into this:

  • Did this happen with a bulk import? If so, I’ll need you to send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org and a link to your import.
  • If these were manually uploaded encounters, I’ll need the links to your encounters that aren’t getting annotated.

The annotations appeared now on my images. I’m not sure what changed, but they are there!
