Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I have a bulk import with 41 images and all have gone through identification except for one. I would like to put the whole sighting through identification again to see if I can make any more matches since I’ve been able to match many internally, but I can’t run that until that one photo goes through “identification”.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
I am trying to send the bulk import through identification a second time, but am prevented: “Button is disabled if detection or initial identification task is incomplete. Please wait for the task to complete before sending to identification.” This one photo does not seem to be able to be completed.
