Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
Cannot access the User Management section when logged in with the main ORP account. I get redirected here: Internet of Turtles

The account is an orgAdmin and I wanted to manage to of our accounts due to changes in staff, but cannot access anymore.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
Please let me know if you need temporary password access to recreate the issue from this account.

I can’t tell which of the ORP accounts is the primary one. Feel free to message me the username if you don’t want to post it here.

Thanks for your patience! We’ve fixed this and I verified that you can now access User Management with your account. You can change the account password back now that testing is done.
