I checked the Bulk Import help docs and found this for the Encounter.photographer0.fullName
description:
Provide the full name of the photographer. When the photographer is an existing Wildbook user, only include the Encounter.photographer0.emailAddress field. Whatever is in Encounter.photographer0.fullName will be ignored in favor of what the system associates with the user’s email address.
For some background, the submitter and photographer fields on an encounter pull data from a list of Wildbook users saved in the system. They’re not users in the sense that they have usernames they can sign in with, but on the backend, it pulls the information from the same database. Since this photographer’s email address was previously submitted on an encounter without her name attached, the encounter displayed only her email address since that’s how it was originally saved when reported in IoT.
I’ve saved her name to her email address in the system. Your encounters should now display her name and email address in the photographer field.
