Photographer not being picked up in Bulk Import

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? I imported a series of encounters included the photographers name, but it doesn’t appear that the photographer info was captured during the import.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Thanks for sending your spreadsheet! The photographer name field won’t save unless Encounter.photographer0.emailAddress is included in your spreadsheet.

If you look at our Bulk Import Fields Available help doc and CTRL+F to search for keyword “photographer”, each of the photographer field descriptions include a warning that in order for Encounter.photographer fields to save (name, organization) the corresponding Encounter.photographer#.emailAddress field needs to be present.
