I’m unable to send this bulk import to identification: 1 Internet of Turtles Spreadsheet.xlsx could you send it and select ‘Southern California’ as the location to match.
What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

I’m working on this now. This sort of thing should happen less when IoT gets the new Wildbook update.
Quick update: ID was completed, but there was a bug preventing the progress from showing 100% and was missing some statuses in the Class column. ID can’t be restarted until the previous ID status get to 100%.
To work around this, I forced it through ID (though I could only do this for the original location) and now the Class columns are displaying correctly. ID has been slow and it does not look like it will finish before I wrap up for the day. If ID finishes before I get to it, you should be able to resend this import to ID with the Southern California location. Otherwise, I will check on it in the morning to get that started for you.
