What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? This import has been stuck at 0% detection, can you resend it please?

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Did you delete the import? I’m getting an error when trying to load it.

Nevermind; it’s loading for me now! I’ve re-sent this to detection.

Detection’s almost complete. I see it at 91% now.

Thanks for the heads up. I’m working on getting it unstuck now.

Good news: Flukebook is getting its upgrade next week. We anticipate that it should resolve many of these stuck import issues because it makes detection and ID processing more efficient so they complete faster making any potential errors much faster to spot.
