Also worth mentioning that there are quite a few ID (matching) jobs going on in the background, so Iā€™m seeing a lot of those jobs calling back the site to do things.

Unfortunately we cannot log in to system or even see the Home Page.

Seems that we have a bigger issue going on.

Let us know what we can do from our end, if anything.

After a second restart, I have turned off the third party access. Checking if this stabilizes things.

That seems to have resolved a bunch of issues, including the ability to assign names to other matches in the match results window.

Lets leave 3rd party access off until we can revisit upon your return from vacation.
