What Wildbook are you working in? Whiskerbook

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred? https://www.whiskerbook.org/EncounterForm

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? While trying to submit an encounter, I find myself with a " HTTP Status 500 ? Internal Server Error" notice, keeping me from submit it.

@Diego This issue has been resolved.

You should be able to submit data without issue.
