Projects functionality demo?

I don’t suppose it would be possible to have a demo of the projects functionality? I have a few different users/orgs who are wondering if it would help solve some of their data sharing needs and I’m not sure enough of the whole batch of functionality works - what it does and, more importantly, what it doesn’t do.

Let me get back to you on this one. I know there were some changes planned to the way projects work, so I first need to make sure those aren’t on the immediate horizon so I don’t start you off with soon-to-be outdated information.
