Question: Can I get a match without annotations?

What Wildbook are you working in? Internet of Turtles

I’m working with data that’s been submitted by a number of individuals that have been associated with our organization; some are no longer active. Some of the encounters submitted years ago have no annotations - will the system be able to match to the turtles that have no annotations? If not, how can we update the permissions to allow the OrgAdmin account to edit these encounters?

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

Hi @GoBeach

For any encounters with missing annotations, feel free to manually annotate those so that you can start a match. Detection may not have annotated the encounter if the detector at the time failed to recognize a turtle in the image due to being obscured or because the photo was taken at an angle that it didn’t recognize from training data.

Can you send me an email or private message on Community with the list of old users associated with your org so I can update their org roles? This will let you manage those encounters so you can get them annotated and matched.
