Hello, some of the turtles we are trying to identify using the algorithm do not show the same side of the face. We only have images of the right side of the turtles’ faces, but the algorithm is showing the left side only. Could you please help explain what might be causing this issue? Thank you

Thanks! I checked the encounter and matches are all of left side faces because the detector mislabeled your turtle as a left side head:
I fixed the annotation viewpoint label to “right” and restarted the match. Your match results have more right head viewpoints, though we’re looking into why there are still lefts appearing in your results: Wildbook
