What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the question occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
In some cases the iaClass does not have the same number of acmID count as the iaClass count

eg: * wild_dog_tan: 2432

  • matchAgainst=true: 2432
  • Have acmID: 2432

There are other issues such as:
Mediaasset detection error

and:
Cheetah iaclass

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing? see URL

Apart from these anomalies per example above, the question is - What should I do about it and how? Do I need SQL access and knowledge?

Hi @PaulK

These are good results generally. But it is worth resynchonizing to ensure every annotation has an acmID, which is its identified on the backend to ensure the WBIA server knows about it.

I have filed ticket WB-1751 to do the resynchonization, which you are right is a backend operation that Wild Me staff have to do.
