What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

One of our contributors reported not being able to access this encounter:
The automatic email notification was sent on 21 June 2022, which was the day we think it was created. Another encounter - 0c29cc31-8d1c-4649-a62c-a52042b6b4fd - was processed at about that same time I believe. So, I suspect that it had something to do with a mistaken attempt to upload this one somehow.
We do keep a spreadsheet of our deleted encounters for cases where we have to delete records for various reasons. For example if the same picture gets uploaded twice. However, this encounter was not recorded in our spreadsheet for some reason. This may have just been an oversight by an intern.
Can you please try to find any existing records of this encounter so I can try to figure out what happened?
